Welcome to the Obezo’s beautiful apartment! Located in Gainsborough one of the luxury high-rise apartment buildings designed by Earle W. Morrison on First Hill neighborhood in Seattle in the late 1920s, this space holds a great Seattle history, it meets the National Register of Historic Places, and the Seattle Landmarks Preservation Ordinance. It's always exciting to see what a modern design can do in a home like this.

The lightness of the room is enhanced by the white cabinets, the white stone countertops, the minimal amount of handles, the beautiful Flos Clara lights are the perfect minimal portal of light.
