A COLLABORATION WITH METHOD HOMES

This contemporary residence in Burien is a collaborative project by METHOD HOMES, a custom, award-winning builder of precision-engineered homes and commercial structures, who provided the home modules, and YS BUILT.LEICHT, a pioneer of modern-sustainable housing in the NW, who built and integrated the site infrastructure, creating together a modular construction and a sleek aesthetic.

The kitchen is equipped with high-gloss Fossil Grey cabinetry by LEICHT- SEATTLE, enhancing the spaciousness of the area by reflecting the outside views, contrasting with the Platinum glossy laminate, complemented by crisp white countertops by Caesarstone (Blizzard, polished).

The bathrooms maintain a consistent design language, incorporating warm wood accents in Fjord Oak laminate & Metal bow Handles in stainless steel, same white countertops to achieve a cohesive appearance throughout the property.
