The horse whisperer
Each project we work on gives us the chance to not only provide our expertise in design and service but also to form a connection with our clients. In this project, we were fortunate enough to work with the incredibly talented homeowner Margaret. Margaret brings years of experience in home remodeling and building, with many successful houses under her belt.
Margaret’s vision for this home required a complete remodel of the space, and the result is stunning. We are sharing images from this fantastic Issaquah, WA, project. Thank you, Margaret, for trusting us; we are happy the result is so special to you.
Margaret made a point of wanting her home to have clean surfaces that feel peaceful and calming. We chose the LEICHT SEATTLE wood laminate cabinets in the Stone Oak finish, a highly durable surface. This helps bring out the earthy tones of the room and smoothly gives the cabinets seamless lines.
When you look at the wall behind the sink, you see fantastic wallpaper. Margaret knew she “needed some kind of focal point that is different that you don’t see anywhere else. People say two things when they come over; they love the kitchen and the wallpaper.” Being bold produces some of the best results.
