BAHIA Grooved kitchen cabinets
BAHIA combines asymmetric cuts and symmetrical structures of grooved kitchen cabinets to create a tension-filled surface.
THE NEW LOOK AND FEEL
Aesthetics Meet Functionality
The collection includes cabinetry with a veneer front that creates a dynamic surface through a vertical grooved structure. The design draws on the successful surface program BOSSA, but differs in one key design principle: the combination of two apparent opposites. The Bahia collection uses individual cutouts positioned asymmetrically to one another; but when several fronts are aligned they form a uniform pattern of compartments.
A furniture front that is more than
just a front
The individual cabinets visually merge into a single piece of furniture. This special feature is created by keeping the visible vertical grooves dark, while executing them in the width of the classic vertical joint. This makes the grooved kitchen cabinets appear visually like a joint, and the joint appears like a groove. The effect makes the perfect camouflage.
NATURAL VITALITY
The contrast of the dark vertical grooves combined with the equally black edge details gives the BAHIA collection a confident and timeless appearance. BAHIA is an expression of naturalness, vitality, and value. The veneer finishes are dark and impactful surfaces: available options include elm, ash, and walnut.
